As you pause on the fourth floor of ANIMA, your eyes are gently drawn to the simple and familiar sight of a flock of countryside ducks.
Growing up in the Mekong Delta, Dang Quang Tien breathes the rustic soul of his homeland into the unhurried presence of these ducks. Each artwork delicately touches deep emotion, capturing the essence of contemporary Vietnam. Here, the rustic breath of tradition harmonizes with the rapid rhythm of modern times.
Through a playful use of contrasting colors, Dang Quang Tien opens a gentle space that guides each person back to their quiet inner world. In that deeply reflective moment, a quiet question arises: to blend in or stand apart, to anchor in our roots or drift with the current of time?
We invite you to visit ANIMA, stroll through each floor, and connect personally with the stories of the young artists here.

If your mind is looking for a break today, can a contemporary art space soothe your emotions?
(Tiếng Việt ở dưới phần bình luận)
There is no need to leave your familiar routine; ANIMA serves as a sanctuary for the soul, where you can slow your breathing and live with art. We believe that a space absent of art is like a body lacking a soul: empty and missing its emotional heartbeat.
As you step into ANIMA, your everyday shell is gradually shed through dialogues with art. A blurred patch of color, or a sculpted piece of plaster… they act as reflecting mirrors, capturing joy, sadness, or a forgotten memory. In that private little corner, art becomes a guide, comforting you to gently embrace the emotions settling within.
As the brilliant summer days draw to a close, leisurely enjoy 𝐂𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐬𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐋𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐲 at ANIMA. Your getaway will be more complete with savings of up to 20% on accommodation and up to 30% on F&B, along with a series of tailored privileges: daily afternoon tea, one beverage of your choice, a 30-minute wellness therapy, plus complimentary airport transfers and a special culinary menu for long stays.

"Why do we often linger so long before an artwork, even when we can hardly explain it in words?"
Each of us carries within joys, sorrows, and deep, unspoken emotional voids. In these moments, art becomes a mirror reflecting our inner selves; sometimes, a single, unintentional brushstroke touching a fragment of our past is enough to become the key that helps us decipher the experiences that have shaped who we are today.
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐫𝐭 𝐨𝐟 𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 is a curated art journey that draws you into a tranquil space for a genuine dialogue with your soul. At each stop, you will find the courage to "name" your swirling emotions, thereby learning to understand, embrace yourself with greater compassion, and discover a profound sense of relief.
Like a seamless ribbon weaving together artistic values, we invite you to step into an exquisitely crafted experiential journey through these destinations:
oMMMixology Coffee · Tea · Spirits ➔ Gate Gate Gallery ➔ Galerie Quynh Contemporary Art ➔ ÚNU Eatery & Bar
To ensure the most thoughtful preparation for your journey, please reserve your spot 3 days in advance to enjoy a preferential rate!

oMMMixology Coffee · Tea · Spirits ➔ Gate Gate Gallery ➔ Galerie Quynh Contemporary Art ➔ ÚNU Eatery & Bar
Để hành trình được chuẩn bị chu đáo nhất, vui lòng giữ chỗ trước 03 ngày để tận hưởng mức giá ưu đãi!

“In every walk with nature, one receives far more than he seeks.” –John Muir
On this Earth Day, we’re reflecting on the choices that add up through our daily actions. By repurposing our space from an old office and choosing eco-friendly materials, we are making a conscious effort to reduce single-use plastic waste. We’re still on the journey, but every step counts. Happy Earth Day 🌏

On the 1st floor of ANIMA, artist Hoang Nam Viet @vietdinho presents a deeply embodied self-dialogue through the series `𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐚 𝐋𝐨𝐯𝐞` (𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟔).
A self-taught painter, tattoo artist, and entrepreneur, he distills raw materials from his life’s journey to expose his inner world on the white canvas. His characters appear fragile yet resilient, as if emerging from memory or an unfulfilled dream.
What exists within this dialogue between the feminine and the masculine, between the `covenants` of bliss and scars?
We invite you to stay with us and discover the stories that lie beneath these artworks.

ANIMA is honored to be part of the 𝐌𝐈𝐂𝐇𝐄𝐋𝐈𝐍 𝐆𝐮𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 – 𝐇𝐨𝐭𝐞𝐥 𝐒𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, a milestone that fuels our commitment to the journey of soul-searching and inner connection.
Anima /ˈanəmə/ embodies the irrational soul - the primal depths where we dream, grieve, and wonder about the meaning of existence. In a world of logic, art is the ultimate catalyst to nourish and "curate the soul."
At ANIMA, art is a living presence. Each floor serves as a creative studio for emerging visual artists, where their creative DNA is woven into our brutalist interiors. Here, the space is an extension of the artist’s vision - a sanctuary for the work itself.
We invite you to find a retreat within these walls, where silence blooms and the wonders of life mend every worn edge. You will leave with a heart full of joy and a profound sense of wholeness.

On Friday afternoon, the city seemed to ease its pace, allowing a touch of timeless elegance to settle into ANIMA. A young calligrapher, patiently working beside an ink slab and crimson paper, offered a heartfelt spring greeting to every guest who passed through.
In this space, cultural identity became a shared emotional language, gently linking kindred spirits from across the world. Each graceful brushstroke served as a quiet bridge, where differences dissolved and harmony emerged.
At ANIMA, art is embraced as a way to nurture the soul, inviting guests to experience the essence of Vietnamese Tết in its most complete form. It is a journey of heritage, tenderly preserved, where cultures meet and softly shine together.🌸

“Staying here feels like occupying a gallery.
The result is a stay that feels specific to Saigon, grounded in contemporary Vietnamese creative life rather than an imported idea of what “artful” travel should look like.
For travelers who care about where their money circulates, save places like this. Anima shows how boutique hotels can operate as cultural platforms, supporting local creative ecosystems while offering guests something increasingly rare: a stay that feels authored, located, and difficult to replicate elsewhere.”

THE CHRISTMAS TREE OF ANIMA 🎄
ANIMA’s Christmas tree comes from overlooked corners. A storage space, a few forgotten drawers, old boxes, and countless moments of pause. Used paper, cardboard, empty bottles, leftover wood pieces. Things we create in passing and often leave behind.
When seen closely, it becomes a collection of material memories gathered over time. It invites reflection and a brief moment of awareness. Because each piece speaks of how we live, how we consume, and how our choices shape the environment around us.
Through a shared process of imagining and making, guided by patience, understanding, and a strong sense of togetherness, these materials gradually take on new meaning. They stand as a gentle reminder carried into the festive season.
A reminder that awareness can turn what once felt heavy into something thoughtful and lasting.
To us, this tree is a small promise.
A mindful step in our everyday effort to live and work with greater care for the environment.
Season’s greetings from ANIMA.❄️

An artist lives inside everyone, waiting for a quiet moment to emerge.
At ANIMA, art is something you look at; it is an experience you live with.

In this calm, you find rest. You reconnect, create, and remember who you are when life moves at your own pace.
