At the heart of the experience is Liquid Stories – a signature cocktail menu created with seven artists from the Anima project. Each drink is drawn from a memory: a childhood flavor, a place, or a turning point in life. Tuyp Tran – A slice of Saigon
When Tuyp first arrived in the South, the taste of broken rice and street-side ambarella stayed with him. His cocktail combines tequila, pickled mango, ambarella, and chili – bright, direct, and alive with Saigon’s spirit.

Pham Xeen – The salt of the sea
Childhood in Can Gio was marked by salt fields, fishing trips, and bowls of sour fish soup. His cocktail blends gin, tomato, salted berries, and soda – balanced and refreshing, like the sea breeze of his hometown.
What does the sea taste like to you?
Bach Vu – Between Hanoi and London
Born in Hanoi, shaped by years abroad, Bach remembers both bia hoi streets and London afternoons with spritz. His cocktail brings Moscato, beer foam, curry leaf, and root beer – a bridge between East and West, home and longing.
Is there a taste you’ve carried with you, no matter where you go?
Mzung Nguyen – A taste of the central coast
Her Central Vietnam memories are filled with sun, wind, waves, and the scent of shrimp paste in clay jars. Her cocktail, made with gin, wine, and soursop soda, is tangy and herbal – like a tide that steadies the soul.
What flavor brings the coast back to you?
Dang Quang Tien – Warmth of the Mekong
He recalls late afternoons when his mother cracked open coconuts in the garden. His cocktail is aged inside a dry coconut, with whisky, Campari, and fino sherry soaked into the flesh – sweet, earthy, and layered like a family meal.

Le Phi Long – Morning on the Perfume River
Mist over the Huong River, a pagoda bell ringing at dawn – these are Long’s memories of Hue. His cocktail merges rum, longan, and lotus foam – light, calm, and pure, like meditation in a glass.

Quoc Anh Le – The spirit of change
As a boy, his treat was Milo ice from his uncle’s cart – sweet, cold, and filled with laughter. His cocktail grows that memory into adulthood with whisky, chocolate, mint, and roasted nut ice – playful and bold, echoing his spirit of change.
